What is it like to play at Warhammer World?

I guess that would explain it somewhat, but it still seems a bit odd really.

I remember they at least used to do tours of an upstairs room where there were all sorts of dioramas and such (I don't think i've ever seen any photos from there?) before they later had just a small display room with cabinets you could just wander into.
