Assault Bolter Inceptors (with OoM)

I have recently added Assault Bolter Inceptors to my UM list and they (with the rerolls to hit and +1 to wound from Oath of Moment) have performed very well (so far... need some more games to really confirm this).

 

With Sustained Hits 2, full rerolls to hit/ +1 to wound (from Oath), full rerolls to Wound (from Twin-Linked), and the option of +1BS/-1AP ("Strike from the Shadows" strat in Vanguard Spearhead) they are quite dangerous to a whole variety of targets, even including high toughness vehicles/monsters. Add in Assault, giving me the option to advance and shoot, and the option to use "Guerrila Tactics" strat to "uppy-downy" them anywhere on the board 6" from enemy units and they are looking like a mainstay of my army.

 

Anyway, will see how they perfom as I play more games with them, but thought I'd share my experience here and see if any other players are also having good results with them?

Inceptors absolutely rip and regularly show up in tournaments, so it isn't a surprise they did well for you.

I've always rolled with plasma incinerators on past iterations of inceptors in my previous collections but as the rules stand now and how I plan to use them, the assault bolsters are looking like the ones I want to go with for my new Dark Angel collection (which for thematic reason I always like to go plasma if I can?).
