I've been commissioned to expand a Sisters force, and having the codex, I have some build questions.

For starters, they'll be run as a 10 strong squad.

They request is 9x Sisters with sword and pistol, and one Superior with Plasma and Sword, and the Banner.

Q Gameplay: Can the Superior have the Sword, the Pistol, and the Banner?

Q Modelling: If I converted the pistol to be right-handed, is it game legal to have the banner and plasma?

Yes, a Zephyrim Superior can take a Sacred Banner regardless of her other equipment, and the plasma pistol is a straight up swap for the bolt pistol, which doesn't affect the ability to carry other equipment.

 

As for the modeling part, if your client is die-hard WYSIWYG, you'd maybe want to add a sheathed sword to her belt, because there is no option that excludes the sword. The pistol holster can represent either a bolt pistol or a plasma pistol since only the handle is visible. Converting the model might be more trouble than it's worth... Unless the client already has an out of the box superior modeled with the sword and has requested the pistol conversion to differentiate.
