Deathwatch upgrade pack question

Hello all. Quick question about the deathwatch upgrade pack. Does the Upgrade pack work for the Primaris Space marines or are they only compatible with Adeptus Astartes? I know the combat patrol stuff is Primaris but I heard somewhere (Can't remember where) that it only fits on Astartes and not the newer primaris models.

The shoulder pads and helmets will fit Primaris models fine (the 10 Smaller pads will fit Tacticus/Phobos armour, the larger ones Gravis and Terminator Armour, and are the right size for Bladeguard too). The sword should work fine (the hand might be slightly small but it probably isn't noticeable), so the only genuinely unusable piece is the chestplate.
