Is it possible to ad such filtering? From time to time, news and  rumors forum is spammed a lot with themes about new releases rumors etc. and it's make hard to use new/unread(on mobile) button functionality cause you need to scroll a lot to find content you are looking for. The latest example SW/TS/HH posts.

If you are asking for the ability to exclude certain (sub-)forums from showing unread content, either as a universal or individual setting, that cannot be done.

What you can do is use the NEW feature and adjust the settings to suit your preferences. This isn't a feature that have developed competence in as a community, and we are experimenting with it at the moment. From the sound of your suggestion, though, this might be the way to go. For it to work well, we'll have to improve our use of tags (and Invision 5.0 is going to force that since we'll be limited to a predetermined set of tags instead of the freeform tags that we've been using for 15+ years). You can read about the NEW feature here.

I use this feature really hard) TBH since this button appears on thee forum this is almost only button I hit. But it would be great if I can select in that filters forums I want to see updates from.  There is filter following. But I don't understand how I can follow certain forums lice general PCA

Assuming you want to see any discussion forums in your New feed, the best you can do is identify specific tags - you can't identify specific forums to see/not see.

Something you can do is mark forums as read from the main forum page. Both themes have a graphic that appears next to a forum to indicate that there is unread content within. If you're using the light theme, you'll see the blue circle with the white speech bubbles. If you're using the dark theme, you'll see the skull. All you have to do is click on that icon and all content within will be marked as read (the icon will be grayed out if you're using the light theme and it will disappear if you're using the dark theme).
