Helias_Tancred
GREAT! and where I live they are $4-5 cheaper than GW Citadel spray cans, and as good or better? They tend to match up well with their dropper bottle color in the Model Color line. I'm pretty stoked! kabaakaba
Also use their rattlecans. They do great matt surface. Really good. Helias_Tancred
I noticed the spray dries with a little more shine whereas the paint from the dropper bottle dries very matte, more than the spray, but the black is an EXACT match! There's not enough difference that say I was doing Black Templars, I'd prime/basecoat in one step with the spray but then NOT touch up with the black out of the dropper bottle as needed. I'll still do touch ups with the Vallejo model color black out of the bottle. kabaakaba
I'd paint guards and use colour called infantry IIRC. It's matt. But i use it only as a primer. Also I use really cheap acrylic paints and they has bad adhesion with GW primers but really good with Vallejo Helias_Tancred 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/385926-vallejo-hobby-paint-spray-cans-are/#findComment-6110598 Share on other sites

My go to for years, over a decade has always been GW Chaos Black spray. That changed as of yesterday. I'll go to Vallejo for my spray can black! I'm willing to try their other spray cans too.
