Can Lord Solar Leontus give orders to Ogryns?

No, cause they neither regiment nor squadron. Also he can't order ratlings for same reason

Ah, to bad. The reason i asked is becaruse on his "orders" is says "this officer can issue up 3 orders to astra militarum units". As opposed to "this officer can issue up to 3 orders to regiment units", that  others have.

yeas he can  order to Astra MIlitarum units, but also its limited to regiment, squadron and titanic units. some how ogrins/bulgrins and ratlings amiss this keywords
still he can now order Titanic units like baneblades for example.

His basic datasheet has been balanced to be able to order Regiment, Squadron, and now, Titanic units.

Ogryn aren't any of the above so they go orderless.  He was able to order Ogryn until about halfway through the edition.
