So the pouch too, that makes it 99% certainity necromunda and very likely Palatine enforcers I think.

 

But isnt the Book of Judgement their book ?

It has their initial rules, but also a bunch of generic expansion content. It's closer to what Book of the Outlands was for Squats and Nomads.

 

There's been a few Enforcer releases since like the Servitors, Tauros and Badlands Enforcers which could do with compiling together as well.

A few times, yes - the original teaser for Necromunda was via the Rumour Engine. It was the Escher's lasrifle.

occasionally but not often, you can search by tag here : https://rumour-engines.netlify.app/   ( credits to user Ejecutor of the TGA forum ) Ridgehauler and Ash waste outpost had been in the regular rumor engines as well was Van Saar gang and the initial boxset.

 

Interestingly, the only element that has never been in the rumor engines so far is 40k starterbox contents.

The Spyre hunters had a couple of RE's as well
