I also paint my way through the kill team sets, but I have never played that. If anyone in Orlando wants to get together for some games let me know! I found this forum because of the combat patrol magazine thread; it's been cool working on some new factions in small batches. Be sure to check out the Imperial Knights and Votann forums, and share picture of your work there - I'm sure your fellow collectors would love to see it. As well, if you are thinking of starting to paint some new models, you should check out the Call to Arms painting event which is currently ongoing until September 15. Giving your preferred factions, you might want to make some vows in the Imperium and/or Xenos faction Strongholds. Even if you aren't in a good hobby space to participate, drop by, admire the models as they are completed, and cheer on your fellow members. Saw this right after I finished what would have been 20+ points of Tyranids from that subscription magazine, oof! Good thing I have a few unpainted Votann I can start with. This might be a silly question, what exactly is the easiest way to upload pictures? I only see the option to insert images from URL, is there somewhere I can upload pics to make this a little easier?
