Asking because IIRC there was a rumour about a Blood Angels Terminator Captain earlier.

IIRC the new Marine stuff is relating to the "Codex Compliant" chapters in the LSM Codex, so I doubt this is a Blood Angels box.

Hopefully they do as good a job with the assaults as they did the normal ones, curious if they're going to change the storm shields. (Since, as iconic as the square ones are, they've been a bit overshadowed by the ones the Dark Angel Termies have, the ones Deathwatch have etc)

I was thinking classic indomitus 5-man all with heavy flamer/assault cannons/cyclone launcher+storm bolter (full plasma if DA) , but I wouldn't mind plucking another termie pattern out of the ether.

I emphasis that terminator armour is meant to be more physically powerful than even standard power armour, so why waste that by giving them only light weapons. By all accounts, the Saturnine terminators show how its meant to be, give them heavy weapons and make them elite shooting. Drop their squad size to 3 if you must but give them their cyclone launcher + 2 arm weapons with options for things like Plasma Cannons, Assault Cannons, Heavy Flamers and multi-meltas. Even give the Cyclone Launcher alternate options, a smaller twin-autocannon options or something.

 

Why be in armour that weighs more than a sentinel and packs more power than it when you aren't going to use it?

Then you can have Devastator Terminators, Assault Terminators and Tacticals Terminators and BOOM, easy theming right there. Give Tacticals better OC and maybe even an ability that if they kill an enemy unit on an objective you don't control, you get to sticky that objective providing there aren't any enemies on it.

A terminator box seems unlikely to me, considering 10th launched with a box that was almost completely terminator focused box.

 

i could see something like

 

new terminator character.

5 assault terminators.

3 aggressors

5 assault intercessors.

 

14 models seems like a typical number of models for a marine starter box/CP box

though the terminator box valrak mentions would be great for me. I have no new terminators, and only 4 remaining 3rd Ed push fit/monopole terminators.
