Razurok Posted July 8 Share Posted July 8 Greetings from Canada! I'm coming back to the 40k hobby and looking forward to building my first Astra Militarum army. I've always been interested in the Death Korps of Krieg, so when I saw, to my surprise, a new Krieg Army box I knew I had to do it this time around. My goal this Summer is to assemble, paint and finish a 2,000 points army mostly focused on the Kriegs and hoping to put in a few games within the next few months. For the emperor!! This is also a good time to join the B&C - we are in the midst of the Call to Arms Painting event, which runs to September 15, 2025 (so, we are almost 1/3 of the way in). So, you might want to go to the Imperium Stronghold and vow some of those 2000 points of (mostly) Krieg, then paint and post them to the encouragement of your fellow frater. So far I have 50x Krieg infantry, 15x Krieg engineers, 30x death riders, lord dreir and 1x basilisk. Still have a lot of painting to do! The rest of the army is still in boxes, will get to those after I paint these guys.
