He now only applies Rapid Fire 1 to one weapon system on the vehicle. He still does repairs etc but he is no longer a clear upgrade over a Techmarine. The annihilator I had is coming out of my list. Might add a lancer. Lucky I suppose we'll see if it is still worth it. This mainly hurts Predators, and the firing deck Impulsor shenanigans people were planning. I don't mind the Impulsor because that felt like a gimmick but restricting it to one gun and RF1 seems too weak now. Maybe worth it for a Lancer but most tanks will probably be better of with the +1 to Hit from a regular Techmarine.
