BA Moritat and inferno pistols(3.0)

I'm curious about this. I don't play BA but it's an army I like it a lot, so I want to ask this.

 

In the Liber Astartes, in the Armoury section in the BA part of the book, we can see this about Inferno Pistols:

 

"Any Model with the Blood Angels Trait may have its plasma pistol exchanged for one inferno pistol for +5 points"

 

But Moritats don't have access to plasma pistols. They have access to Overcharged Plasma Pistols,a weapon with a different name and profile than a plasma pistol, +10 points both.

As RAW, a BA Moritat can't have Inferno pistol(s).

Am I right?

 

In my personal opinion, they must clarify this point in GW ASAP and,even more,allow BA have Inferno Pistols,but I want more opinions.

RAW doesn't appear you can. If they were to change it, I guess it should come from an FAQ, since the unit is in the libers.

That is indeed correct. Alas as BA we seemingly can't have nice things.

From now on the rule is:

If GW doesn't sell a model with that specific loadout you can't use it.

That is reality for 40k players for years and now we are :cuss:ed as well.

Yup, its a shame really as it also means that you can't have a dual-wielding Disintegrator Pistol Moritat (despite Disintegrators being the postyer child of Heresy 3.0), or dual-wielding Graviton Pistol Iron Hands Moritats either
