WBRBloom
Has anyone used this before? I've seen a couple of videos from Pete the Wargamer, where he utilises the medium quite frequently, and I was wondering if this is the same as the Liquitex acrylic matt medium. Pro Acryl advertises this as an alternative on oil washes, but it is water soluble and having the same effect as oil washes (slow drying periods, more working time, can be wiped off with a cloth and so on), supposedly doing the same job as oils but with less fuss: NEWSH Acrylic Weathering Medium - Monument Hobbies Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/386363-newsh-acrylic-weathering-medium/ Share on other sites
Bung
I think this video gives a good overview about that painting medium. WBRBloom 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/386363-newsh-acrylic-weathering-medium/#findComment-6124923 Share on other sites

Shard of Magnus
Artis Opus has a video on it as well. I have a bottle but haven’t had the time to experiment with it yet. I was looking for something that I didn’t need to bother with mineral spirits and Newsh was recommended by some of the local hobbyists.
