Well done GW scrambling to get out proper pics, I am totally sold on the Sisters following today's article.  Actual witch hunter specialist Sisters are a surprisingly gap in the range I didnt realise needed filling.

Interesting we have Ordo Xenos and Ordo Hereticus represented.  Could be coincidence as DW didn't have a Kill Team yet and Sisters need a Novitiates replacement.  Also could indicate the middle set will be GK?

If they are going down an Ordo theme could we see a new generic Inquisitor as a hero for the PvE mode?  Its a glaring hole in the Agents range.

Also also, per the Warhammer Instagram it looks like it's the Lord and 5 Raptors for the Chaos side which is a bit of a shame given the article shows 8 Operative types buildable from the kit.

Just five plus lord. Hummm not so appealing now if this is confirmed...it will depend of the final price, specially when those commandos(Sororitas and Raptors) will come separately in a future.

To quote the Oracle from the Matrix, "Here's what's really going to bake your noodle:"

What if, in addition to all three Imperial forces in the season being Chamber Militant units, each of them follows the pattern of Sanctifiers, and is supplied with a datacard to use them for either their associated faction or as an additional requisitioned unit for their respective Ordos?

I mean honestly, don't you remember when the Dex dropped thinking, "Huh, the demise of the Deathwatch is terrible, but it does also mean the DW have more units available as requisitioned units than any other faction?" I remember wondering why not include a Power Armored unit of GK in addition to Terminators as requisition option? Why not Dominions or Sacressants?

Maybe the reason why is that GW had a plan all along to add these units to the requisition roster. And look, GW are the KINGS of missed opportunities, but if this DOES turn out to be the case? Whoever is the Inquisition advocate on the 40k design team is an evil genius who watched in silence as we all panned his team's work knowing full well that they were gonna knock us on our asses if we could just shut up and wait a year and a half.

The curse about seeing this as a possibility is that if it doesn't happen, I'm going to be at least a bit disappointed, which would be a shame if it prevented me from fully appreciating good new kits for sisters and DW, two armies that I both love and happen to collect.

Three of the same body with repeated sprues? Pretty weak for such an iconic unit.

That's not true. The kit will include 5 raptors with 5 different bodies/poses, plus the Lord. What you're talking about is just different build options.

Maybe? Chaos Cult and Beastmen will still be around for a season or two, so the need for replacement isn't as dire Only real things I could think of are:

-Dark Mech kill team

-Stormtrooper-equivalent Traitor Guard

Thousand Sons and Harlequins are about to lose their WD teams too. I think Harlies are out of luck, but maybe the other Chaos gods will get god specific mortals like the Goremonhers

Good point about Fellgor.

Hunter Clade also got it's replacement in Battle-Clade and Wyrmblade had Brood Brothers.

Emperor's Children Cultists would make a lot of sense, as you say.

I'm holding out hope that a TSons team is still Rubric based.

Just... a new kind of Rubricae.

Tho a TSons Psyker Cultist team would also be nice.

(Can't let Deathguard be the only Cult Marines team to actually field their cult marines)

An interesting tidbit from the article that might point to one of the teams coming before Shadowhunt:

When you look back at the bespoke Season 1 teams which are about to be rotated out, they've received a similar replacement quite recently:

Krieg -> Pick your 100th Guard team.

Kommandos -> Wrecka Krew

Pathfinders -> Vespid

Novitates -> Celestians

Legionnaires -> Raptors

Voidscarred -> Blades of Khaine

Phobos -> Scouts

Traitor Guard -> ???

So based off the above, could we be getting more Mortal Chaos Chaff next...?

In fairness kommandos and wrecka crew are totally different to each other.

I've been trying to hunt for kommandos and failing miserably.

They're probably repackaged in a purple box and that's why you can't find them.

I'm looking for Gellerpox, also failing miserably.

Love this game, loath the shelf life of the teams.

Gellerpox are very hard to find. GW seems to stop making then even before this last season of KT, put them on the soon to restrict list very early. so  you have to comb either ebay and over pay and some local store and hope someone hasn't found a box. I guess because of the box and the contents GW doesn't like making it - or so this is what I've heard.

shame because it's my favorite.
