Which icons on these 30K decal sheets are used exclusively for traitor units?

I don't believe any of those are Pre-Heresy vs. Post-Heresy, and are fair game for any point.

Another question:

What does the triangular icons represent on the DG and WE sheets? They are located at the top of the DG sheet and below the Support squad icons on the WE sheet. I have never seen those before.

Per THIS article, I belive they're Destroyer Icons

Grotsmasha is correct on both counts, at least as far as Death Guard icons are concerned. There's some evidence that the Death Guard continued to use old iconography well into the Heresy though, they don't generally care that much. There's a Praetor model with a Dusk Raider emblem, for example. The Destroyer icon is basically a highly stylised radiation warning.
