I made a small grenade launcher for one of them, repainted the Sgts. head and gave him a power fist, and started painting a new base for an Ancient. However, I've stopped caring and given up on the idea. Now I have a couple of squads with distinctly painted weapons and some converted sniper rifles and extended bolters that will probably never get used. I'll be lurking here to see where this project takes you. Some units I rip from the base and add a cork support, like the ancient. Less important units just get a base ring adapter.
