This is fantastic. Love that we're getting a Xenos mini, and it's always nice to see great Eldar sculpts. I'd pick this for my subscription miniature in a heatbeat if they hadn't made SKELETONS for AoS. (I see a fantasy skeleton, I buy it. Do I paint them? No)

Does look like quite a nice model, part of me wishes these would go up MTO later after the year on W+ is done and gone.

I kinda like the concept, but it feels a bit irreverent for them to climb all over the fallen wraithguard?

Tactical rock body construct.

While I don't dislike the mini, it still does nothing for me. I've never been an eldar guy, but there's a lot of sculpts in that range that I like. Even more so among the Drukhari. But this is the 3rd year in a row that I'll be going with the AOS mini. I only got the Vindicare and after that I've only ever chosen the AOS ones, I just liked them way more. Same goes for this year. The AOS version works a lot better as a mini diorama. But I'm glad for all those people who really like this - as Urauloth said: I like that they keep going for the more left field concepts here and finally a xenos sculpt is nice. :)

I prefer theother mini although the Necromancer looks like gets his clothes in the same shop professional wrestlers do. Nothing says wizard like showing off your guns and chest!

Whilst I would have preferred the speculated model based on the codex artwork that is still one excellent model.  Dynamic pose, a great canvas for painting and a far more interesting than usual tactical rock.  Good to see GW keeping the WH+ models to a high standard.

I like the idea of it, but something about it seems a bit lacking in the elegance and sort of mystical nature that many Eldar miniatures tend to have. I think it's that the design they've gone for the spiritseer is without the usual robes, it makes it feel more like just a generic combat character.

I absolutely love this. Now I have to decide whether to duel the scalpers on ebay or just bite the bullet and subscribe.

The once off Annual Subscription will be cheaper than the scalpers, AND you only have to wait one month (vs 12) untill you can order it

He took notes from the SM Apothecary putting a foot on his fallen brother to ponder the wonders of the organ he just ripped from the body

I love the model- for me, it evokes the themes of the Hammer and Bolter episode Garden of Shadows, which is pretty much my favourite episode... Though I REALLY like Kill Protocol as well. They're probably tied.

I like the fact that this seer, by virtue of his pose and lack of robes, looks younger and more Warlike. I can see where people are coming from about the irreverence for the fallen Wraithlord... But keep in mind that the Wraithlord ISN'T the life force. I mean, if you're trapped in a wrecked car after a crash and I shred that bad-boy with the jaws of life to get you out, no one's gonna car about how I treated the vehicle while I was saving your life.

Property damage is a tertiary concern at best for First Responders.

I also think this is a battlefield rescue- in my mind, the Seer is under fire from the enemy- the rest of his army is either pushing forward or falling back, and he's got literally seconds to preserve the soul of a dear friend, and if he can't do it fast enough it'll be two lost Aeldari souls instead of one. Reverence is a luxury that you don't always have in battle. This Seer is a man of action, not someone who stands around in a robe trying to look important.
