With him leading Plague Marines you want both him and them up in your opponents face. I haven’t been able to buy one yet either, so I have added my own conversion of him. I would say his right wing is as high, if not higher while his left wing might be 1/4” lower. Dr_Ruminahui Posted December 28, 2025 Share Posted December 28, 2025 Looks great - how you painted the backpack makes a lot more sense now that I can see it from the back - from the front it isn't clear that the tanks are in some sort of cloth bag/covering, while from the back that is readily apparent and very effective the way you have painted it. I use up to three different washes, depending on what color I’m painting over. For the armor, I prime with Death Guard Green and then wash it with Reikland Fleshshade. Then I water down DG Green and layer (some times many) thin coats. Also use Nuln Oil around metal bits and/or Army Painters Rust Tone.
