Hi, CancelledApocalypse, I have my own vision of how the Exodites should be. The following is a Codex I made for them, as well as a Codex Analysis that you will need to search the word Exodites for. It is preferred if you read the Codex Analyses first, for it will inform you of the decisions I made with the development of the race. The Codex is intended for my version of the game, that I am calling either Warvoid or CosmicVoid: The Miniature Game. Have a look and tell me what you think, thanks!

Thanks for that! Your codex looks very cool, though the force you're creating is a bit overly Wood Elves-y for my taste in Exodites. There's still a fair amount of Wood Elf inspiration in my take, although I'm splitting the overall faction up into four sub-factions: mountains, plains, forests and deserts, of which the forest clans obviously will have a strongly Wood Elf feel. The other three factions do go in other distinct directions, however. You'd be able to build an army from an individual faction, but just as easily mix and match, or create a force drawing from all factions, including a fifth 'royal' semi(ish)-faction (and even possibly a sixth 'ghost' semi-faction). I'm also attempting to create background lore that promotes Exodites from being a purely defensive force (defending their maiden world homes), to one that can be taken offensively off-world, as well as creating a grand narrative that joins in with that of the wider Eldar, but that also in some ways butts up against the other Eldar factions, particularly the Craftworld Eldar.

Have you done any modelling of your exodites yet? If so, I'd love to see what you have come up with, especially for your exodites armed with bow weapons. Bows won't feature heavily in my version of exodites, but there may be one or two, specifically for Waywatcher ambush type troops.

Hi! Thanks for the response, was waiting for it for quite awhile. What do you mean butts up against the other Eldar factions? Are you interested in talking at greater depth on Discord? My Discord handle is cleverandwitty_95959. Did you read my Codex Analysis too? Or how about the Ways of the Houses, and the different Seering Psychic Disciplines? Not sure what updated version you saw of my Codex, because I have been changing and iterating the rules in it. The idea of different sub-factions is interesting, I might incorporate it into my Codex. You want to work together on this? Hope to hear from you soon, thanks! Also, one last point, did you see my five types of Dragons? Drakes, Skydrakes, Firedrakes, Dragons, and Great Dragons. If they become an offensive force, basically just remove The Glade rule, but that means they will be very vulnerable, and aimed salvoes will decimate them, because they majority have only 6+AS. Let's talk more on Discord, see you there.
