Well done everyone For the GOOD, I think the new Terminators deserve a shout, as they have managed to upscale the aesthetic almost perfectly, while also being a much cleaner and more practical kit. The plastic Sisters of Battle line doesn’t get the praise it deserves as well, IMO. As for BAD? It’s hard to think of anything that hasn’t already been raised? The first Primaris Calagr was pretty rough. But the second one (lol) is much better. I’m not a huge fan of the reimagining of the Cadian line. But the designs themselves aren’t bad and the Kasrkin are lovely. As for Suspiciously Absent… Where is Angron Transfigured, James Workshop? Where?? And what about the other Guard regiments?? And where are the plastic Heresy flyers?? Don’t make me build a resign Fire Raptor Goddamit Actually a James Workshop christmas mini would be fun Astartes Consul, Evil Eye and ThaneOfTas 1 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/386685-model-updates-the-good-the-bad-and-the-suspiciously-absent/page/2/#findComment-6136217 Share on other sites

-DonCorleone-
If the current Kill Team trend continues into 11th edition. I could see the Tyranid warriors being updated through kill team like the Raveners. phandaal
This may not fit exactly in this thread, but: Missing - Non-ETB Outriders. These guys were the refresh for bikers, but still no hint of a non-push fit kit. How many years til this one happens? Honestly the Outriders are one of the better updated designs, even if they're completely unsteerable compared to the already cumbersome last-gen Marine bikes, it's a shame we haven't gotten a "proper" kit yet. Also I know the Firestrike turret kinda fills its niche but I wish the Thunderfire Cannon would make a proper return. Was a cool design, a shame the old metal kit was a complete horror to assemble. phandaal 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/386685-model-updates-the-good-the-bad-and-the-suspiciously-absent/page/2/#findComment-6136313 Share on other sites
