I'm curious about the loadout options for the ancient.  On the optional assembly pictures, the head is turned the other way and the right arm also looks different

I'm curious about that too. Mainly to know if I need to pull the power fist off my kitbashed Deathwing Ancient that's in the painting queue.

UK price is £155, so £124 at 20% off

Don't suppose you can point me to the pricing for the other releases? Got my name down for a Crux Terminatus box but might consider adding a couple of the Ultramarine sets depending on how the Victrix Guard are priced.

£124? I only really wanted the non-character Terminators so I guess I'll be skipping this and waiting for the individual release.

if you can get that for £124 that's an awesome deal.

The 3 characters will cost close to 100 by themselves lol

Haven't seen a GBP list floating around yet, but going by the webstore Cato should be £30ish, Calgar £35ish and Vitrix £38?

Cheers, Calgar and Sicarius are what I expected but Victrix being the same price as Inner Circle Companions & Sanguinary Guard rather than Headtakers makes them a few quid cheaper per box than I thought they'd be.

Battle force Crux terminates - £155.00
Marneus Calgar in Armour Of Antilochus - £34.00
Captain Sicarius - £29.50
Victrix guard - £38.50
Ultramarine upgrade pack - £23.00
Combat patrol Ultramarines - £105.00
Ultramarines dice - £19.50
Archon - £25.00
Da Red gobbo - £28.00

I’m sticking to my guns and waiting for individual kit for assault terminators and ancient. But nice to see.

The ultramarine stuff really is great and is tempting to use for conversions - but tbh I already have fancy veterans and company heroes.

Yeah the Chaplain and Cap I'm just looking at like... I'm quite literally never going to field more than one of each and I have one of each already.  Basically makes the box break even on value so hard to justify, and I have 10 assault terminators already, from the BA kit which are way more BA centric than these could ever be, even with upgrade sprue shenanigans.

I'm tempted because it's mostly just a Good Deal, but I need another Good Deal like I need another hole in the head.

I assumed the same about the SW army box but in the end there were copies in stores for weeks afterwards.

3 squads of Terminators at £42.50 each and 3 Terminator Characters at £29 each means a total box value of £214.50 to the box represents about a 28% saving over RRP. Of course Characters tend to be overpriced but at least these are proper MPKs and not monopose.

I guess it is because the Headtakers also include 3 Hunting wolves.

I just went with them as the most recent example of "3 man elite space marine unit". But yeah, it's a marginally bigger kit that also builds wolves so probably why they're priced higher.

Helsmiths of Hashut still widely available as well, but like everything we don't know how many units of any given set are being produced, and it's probably fair to assume that the demand for a Space Wolves-specific set will be lower than the demand for a chapter-neutral box that also doesn't have a Codex/Cards tax.
