Thr new Chapter Master is absurdly good here. I was initially afraid his output wouldn't be the best but I was SUPER wrong. The moment you spike a little on his Sustained it adds up quick. I'll post my list in a moment, but holy crap y'all gotta try the rules. You don't get the same CP economy as Ultramarines but you do save a good amount.

Yes, Raven Guard can now give LAG Blood Angels a run for their money as the jumpy hitty marines army. While they don't have quite the raw hitting power of BAs, they do have some good units and an awesome bag of trick.

I know I listened to a BR and the TO at the big GT was allowing the +1 to wound as it was felt its exclusion was an error.

Its a wording issue involving the OoM and the named chapters thing. I havent heard of any TOs not allowing it since its assumed to be an obvious mistake on GWs part. Hopefully they will clarify it shortly.
