Those skull ones go HARD. I wish I had an excuse to use it but it won't fit the aesthetic I have.

You could go with Kill Team for a Magnificent 7 style warband. They could be a human scale inquisition warband or a Space Marine kill team. 
 

Bonus points if you have an Apothecary Feriatum.

I think the beauty of a space marine Chapter is the that word 'Star' ties in perfectly to both the nature of 40k being set in futuristic sci fi  and being able to identify more subtly with the star badge so easily recognised as a Sherriff Badge without beating people over the head with it.

 

Something like Silver Stars of Iron Stars would be perfect for any generic space marine Chapter let alone a themed one.

What in tarnation, how come I ain't ever heard of these mounts, these are cool as hell. I'm gonna get sum of these guys made pronto, with sum cool hats too, lost of hats, hats on everyone. Serberys Raiders will be my choice, with sum cool hats, their guns and horses feel just right for my space cowboy'n. May the emperor have mercy on my enemies, cause I ain't.

I think they're cool, I might have to use em, but I did find something else too, using the admech raiders and adding cowboy stuff to them, I'm probably gonna put them on a dessert/agri world.

I'm gonna buy sum guys but really I was gonna 3d print them (I have no money, no computer, and no printer) and just wait until I save up enough. I'm entirely fine with 3rd party or not even from anyone else.

Kellermorph was already mentioned. You can have a female gunslinger in the form of Inquisitor Greyfax. She comes with hat and cloak like Clint Eastwood. Chop off her crossbow and give her either a bolt pistol or plasma pistol.
