So the only one I've looked at so far is Imperial Agents- it's a huge improvement- Karamazov, the Jokaero and Daemonhost are back and they added a ton of Deathwatch Cards. I'm going to to check out the others that interest me, but I won't be checking out all of them- I made the thread general to updated packs rather than specific to IA, so anyone can post changes to their favourites.

The Deathwatch Datasheets they've added are the new DW Killteam one, although with a different name and slightly different rules from it's version in Deathwatch proper (which makes me think that's been done so IA can still have a native Deathwatch unit when DW get a proper Codex again in Legends) and Legends Datasheets for the old Primaris Killteams prior to them getting updated when we got the Deathwatch Index back.

You can tell because Fortis have Outriders and all 3 teams have Jump Pack options, even Spectreus with the Supressors that didn't make it into the Talonstrike team for some reason.

Speaking of which, Deathwatch also got their killteam, which HAS NOT replaced the Deathwatch Veterans unit and is instead the faction's second Battleline option (tho it looks poised to become the only Battleline option in 11th since the old DW Vets kit isn't on sale anymore.

Space Marines got their new characters and detachments, but I've not taken a closer look at that yet.

Oh wow man, just checked the Space Marine pack, and if you're okay with Legends, Chaos can take Spartans and Leviathans. I don't know if that was always the case, but I love these models for Loyalists, and they're even cooler if you Chaosify/ Convert them.

Thanks for the detailed analysis/ comparison of IA DW to Index DW- I didn't even notice that the IA Teams were the old composition. That's cool because I can still use my Outriders in a KT as long as it's an IA list. I am now motivated to finish the conversion (getting DW shoulderpads to work on outriders is not going to be fun (it's been a while since I looked at the kit, so I'm not sure it's all three riders that have shoulderpads built directly onto the arm, but at least one of them does).

Unfortunately they seem to have forgotten to add the new units from Kill Team to the Necron faction pack. The rules are out there if you want them and hopefully they'll be added to the faction pact soon but it's an annoying oversight all the same.

I've been looking for the Necron rules, where might I find them?

Well it looks like the faction pack has been updated now so you can find them here, they were on the app before and someone had shared them over on Reddit but no need for all that now.

And just in case your question was about the Canoptek Circle from the Tomb World expansion for Kill Team, you can see those here (and all of the team rules can be seen/downloaded here).

Since the Faction Packs are for the Warhammer 40,000 game, I've moved this discussion into the forum for that game.

It was always the case, yes. I've been using Legends since the start of 10th edition for my CSM. Mainly because the Helbrute is an underwhelming piece, and the Relic Contemptor stands head and shoulders above it for not a huge points increase.
