Your brazen claw looks straight out of the 3rd ed space marine codex. The nostalgia hits hard!

These are all incredible, well done! Inspiring work to get motivated for Successor chapter painting.

 

Also, what kind of tuft did you use for the bases? It works great with that grey basing scheme.

Yeah I plan on a Red Scorp next :)

Love the work here! I've don't two painting challenges where you paint a random space marine, and it was really fun. Doing something like this always seemed like a great way to paint without burn out from the same scheme over and over

Yeah I think that was my biggest issue I managed to solve when I took a break from B&C, I am going to do a project next year thats been in the back of my mind since 1999. 

 

But I am still carrying on this project too. As I really like it.

What colour did you use on the Pale Saints model? It might just be white balance or lighting, but it doesn't look like a neutral grey..?
