While there is a lot of Lieutenants, but none in Terminator Armor and that could have been a nice addition to for the box, replacing the Chaplain or Captain in the box. I used the multi piece Captain as the image as he feels less like a Captain and more like a Lieutenant to me. Also the Storm Shield from the Chaplain should fit in place of the Storm bolter/ Combi weapon. Comparing the points Between the Captain/ Captain in Terminator Armor and Chaplain/ Chaplain in Terminator armor, the Points cost for Terminator Armor is 15 points. Mid-level HQs aren't bad, but we're really pushing it with Space Marines in that area now.
