(Sorry if I missed discussions about this, I briefly heard this idea in some YouTube 30k video, but I wasn't really paying attention.)

I was in our Warhammer Store and got talking about the Blackshields PDF and suddenly people starting shouting “萬歲!" (maan seoi!)

That means an age of 10,000 years and is a cheer for a Chinese emperor, so I was freaked out, like did a Qing emperor pop up behind me?

Turns out, they weren't speaking in terms of Chinese history, but Japanese; you know that phrase as "Banzai!"  What kamikaze pilots shouted.

And what they were describing was this suicidal charge list-building strategy based on one of the Oaths in the Blackshields PDF:

The idea is you take a Blackshields Detachment with as many Centurions with Jump Packs as possible and NO OTHER upgrades.  Then they just jump head 1st into the enemy to die, then they each get D6+1 VPs.  So an army list is you start with the Crusade Primary Detachment and get Jump Pack Centurions, which unlocks the Officer Cadre Detachment, for more Jump Pack Centurions.  Your entire army is Jump Pack Centurions that jump headlong into danger.  That's about a thousand points with 8 or 9 models.

What do I do with this except to buy a pack of the upcoming plastic 30k Assault Marines and shout 萬歲?

Also what Legion would they be from?  It's not White Scars, the original meaning of kamikaze was this typhoon that tore the 2 Mongol fleets apart.  I suppose they could be Medusan Immortals.  Actually, some weird Medusan Immortal suicide force is the closest I could think of, but feel free to prove me wrong (I did Shattered Xth in 1st ed, not looking to repeat it).
