Agreed, very tasty. I think that TH/SS come out slightly ahead in Rage Cursed as they leverage the Reroll 1s to Wound. LCs are already TL so get slightly less benefit. Adding Captain would be good for rerolling Charges and also for discounted stratagems since Rage Cursed is fairly CP hungry.

After a few weeks now I think what really helps Blood Angels is the meta and a good set of army rules.  There is a large pool of competitive  armies but they are all reasonably well matched.  In past editions someone could tailor their list to the "strong army".  Now army power is spread across melee, movement and shooting.  Board terrain is standardised to a reasonable extent.  None interactive armies who shoot and scoot were able to dominate melee armies but less so now.  I'm waiting for someone to take Blood Angel terminators into a GTO and place because they look much better now. Blood Angel Captains and are gold as they provide free CP each turn and give their unit the sticky keyword.  Mephiston and The Sanguninor are elevated in lists simply because they can sticky and dominate an objective with their lone op and FF rule
