The other meme I've seen is that Vampire Lords are becoming the Primaris LT's of AoS. Mind you the VL's are way more interesting visually, but funny thought.

 

The Autarch seems alright. Doesn't seem that different from the standard model tbh

Not going to lie, I'm more interested in the incentives that they'll be offering. Its a nice model though, and I prefer variants over unique character models that are pretty much gone once gone.

I like that a lot, very nice, even if the existing kit can build the same loadout.

 

Also, the pose is great. If you are going to have a tactical rock, this is how its done. Huron, I'm looking at you.

I can't say I'd be rushing out to get it as it is so generic.

 

Now if they had done an ornate Exarch then yeah maybe.

You don't see  Autarchs with Fire Dragon elements on the helmet that often. I will probably end up getting this. I like Autarchs and I like mixing and matching Aspect Warrior bits to make them too.

Need to paint the helmet plume of a different color and that spear is way too small or short for me. Other than that I will have the opportunity I will buy it.

That is a pretty good Autarch I have to say. The Spear is cool.

Thr vampire Lords all look the same, just like primaries lieutenants they kinds blend into one.

I think that was the idea - recreation of a classic models. Either way, not a fan of the pose, though at least they're doing a special version of an available model this time, rather than having the collector model be the only one available (the tau ethereal I think?)
