Inquisitor_Lensoven
In open terrain, meaning non-urban areas of operation the Stormlord functions as a mobile forward operating base. Often deploying with a Captain, his staff, and single squad of infantry attached to the Stormlord, it’s typically accompanied by 2 full chimeras, 2 scout sentinels and 2 armored sentinels. This allows the FOB flexibility in its operations, with common methodologies being to send out two heavy patrols often consisting of both chimeras and their infantry in one patrol and the sentinels in the other. An alternate patrol scheme being one chimera and one scout sentinel, with and a foot patrol, leaving the command squad and the two armored sentinels at the FOB. when a quick defensive line needs to be established 3-4 stormlords are loaded up with infantry deployed to the where the defensive line is desired to be, at 500 yard increments with a chimera and squad of infantry between each and anchoring the flanks. The Arkapeli 1st is my guard regiment, a Stormlord is a guard super heavy transport, a FOB in this context is a forward operating base.
