Thanks! Damn - that’s what I feared. I’d get them if the chaplain was metal.

The page says 9 resin components and 5 metal, which makes it a toss-up between the Librarian and the Chaplain. 
The Captain has no options, he comes as four pieces: Body, right arm, left arm and banner pole. 
The Librarian has an optional left hand, so he comes as five parts: Body, right arm, left hand, left hand with Storm Bolter (actually I think the storm bolter is cast as two pieces) and the book on his head. 
The Chaplain has no options, but a number of parts: Body, right arm, left arm, Iron Halo, a pair of scrolls. That's 5/6 depending on if you count the scrolls as two parts. (They're usually supplied stuck together by the gate where the metal poured) 

The Chaplain is a pretty solid model, so I'd say him being resin is the better option in terms of durability; the Librarian's staff is too long to be made from resin and not break.

Not sure if the Librarian was available in finecast (I owned a metal one) but the Chaplain I had was finecast so would expect it's resin. Both great minis, if a little small by modern standards.

 

(I think the Captain looks terrible btw).
