Natu Posted Friday at 05:33 PM Share Posted Friday at 05:33 PM Hello, I'm Natu and I'm new to this forum. I remember browsing through some posts here and I randomly decided to make an account. I am relatively new to warhammer, as I watched "If the Emperor had a Text-to-Speech Device" in march of 2025 and my brain decided that this is the current autistic hyperfixation. I am way more of a lore fan, as what truly cemented my interest was starting to read the Horus Heresy books from the Black Library. (I still absolutely love 'Horus Rising' and 'The First Heretic'.) I am currently 19 years old and I live in Poland. I have never used an internet forum like this one in my life, but I will try to learn. When it comes to my favourite factions, truth be told I like all of them, though my favourites are Space Marines and Chaos Space Marines. My favourite Legion are the Emperor's Children, but I love all of them. (Except the Death Guard. I don't really care for them.) When it comes to the game, well I have never played 40k proper. I played Kill Team once. In may of 2025 a friend introduced me to the Horus Heresy wargame. I enjoyed it and decided to start an army of my own. I originally wanted to play Luna Wolves, but apparently white is really difficult to paint, so I landed on the Emperor's Children. I have bought the Saturnine starter box, but still haven't actually painted anything . Well thank you for reading all of my rumblings. As you may have noticed when browsing posts, there is a great mix of topics around lore, painting and conversion, and gameplay. You’ll find members to discuss things with and get advice on all topics. The horus heresy and hobby forums would be excellent places to get feedback and show off your Emperor’s Children as you work on them. If you ever decide you want to revisit Luna Wolves, you’ll find several of us in the heresy section. White can be challenging but there are painting methods, and paint choices, that make it easier to get a nice looking white.
