Of the remaining banners that have been submitted, one has flashing lights and has been determined unsuitable for those with photosensitivity, two are themed for Orktober, and the others have been submitted by someone whose banner was selected in the previous two months and are ineligible for this month (they'll be eligible for April, however). We're always looking for more member-created banners to add to the rotation (see this topic for guidance).
