Gotta hand it to GW, this is pretty funny. I love the effort, I appreciate the vibes. And this is coming from someone who's not usually into GW's skits. Kudos.

If only the mainline 40k rules were made by people with the same nerdy passion.

What I love the most is that I'm pretty sure those are various cosplayers that attend events regularly, so not only is it a well executed joke, but it is also one with fans involvement.

shame you put 'April Fools' in your link, would've liked to read raging comments from those whose head it went over.

"GW wasting money on unfunny slop like this is proof the soul of Warhammer is being sucked out by modern corporate ghouls. Why don't they spend it on making Glup Slime-o in plastic?! This makes me glad I only spent £10,000 on GW plastic this year. Disgusting."

This is one of my favourite bits too. I know I've seen that Trazyn cosplay shown in photos on WarCom before.

I wish this was real. 40k needs to be able to laugh at itself.

Abominable heresy. Warhammer is extremely serious business and anything approaching satire, humour, inconsistency or god forbid development must be blamed on tourists or people who don't get their lore from YouTubers who can barely read.

Rather than, you know, being absolutely fundamental to the setting.

The only thing that would have made it funnier would have been to get Cavill to join in, and have him proclaim that this project would be the first 40k/Amazon 'show'. Can you imagine the moment of rage before everyone realised it was a joke?
