Screen going blank when scrolling

Hi, I don’t know if this is actually a bug or not but whenever I’m scrolling a thread it seems to only keep the post I’m reading loaded. When I scroll to the next part of the page it’s blank and then it loads the next bit of content. The weird thing is though, if I scroll back up the previous part I was reading that had already loaded has disappeared and takes a second or two to reappear. The page itself isn’t refreshing but it’s like the posts themselves are constantly refreshing or something similar? 
 

It makes it hard to find anything in a particular thread. It’s only in the threads themselves, I can scroll through the menus/subforums themselves with no problem. 
 

I’m using a chrome browser on iPhone if that makes any difference. This is the only site I use where this happens so I don’t think it’s my phone or browser.

I haven't been able to replicate this problem using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox (all on PC). I'll give it a shot on my Android later.

 

Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?

I’ve taken a couple of screen recordings if it helps. The first is me scrolling normally through the menu, the second is scrolling a thread where the posts don’t stay loaded. In the second the posts seem to be (re)appearing a bit faster than yesterday but the problem is still there.
