New Ork Bikers

The bikers are stunning. Wow. I'm as excited for these as I hoped I would be for Wazdakka. 

 

The cover of ere we go is my favourite ork art and I think it's evil sunz o'clock. I've no shortage of deathskulls. I know Wazdakka isn't an evil sunz mek but to most unsuspecting beakies they won't tell the difference between one lot of red bikes or another.

Just as we say "all vehicles are ork vehicles," I've always said that monopose kits have pose options with the proper application of a hobby knife and glue.

Look way better than the current bikes, which I’ve never been that big a fan of. In general I don't really like the jaggedness of the metal plates from more recent ork designs, compared to the more rectangular/quadrilateral cobbled together designs of the gorkamorka era - and the 'current' bike set is some of the worst, whereas these new ones seems paired down a bit. Of course part of the great thing about orks is doing what you want and making them look however you like. 

 

Do think the Nob is a bit too dioramic, especially if you want multiple - but looks easy enough to get convert.

It looks like they should fit right in alongside the current bikes so I'm happy. I hope they will include a decent amount of bits to make them more varied for those of use wanting lots of bikes....
 

edit: dammit - I'm planning to not buy lots this year if possible. I tallied up yesterday that I have at least 1000 models to build an paint already (not including anything pre 8th edition!). I dont need to throw in more!

That's my suspicions currently, not that it makes much difference now as its all out in the open. Watching Valrak's video about it last night, I'm leaning towards his theory that they were filming a bat rep at the time as well

While I agree that GW shouold put back Mega in Meganobz, I would like for Nobz to get their refresh first.

Those are some very nice bikes! I quite liked how the previous ones looked (plus, you know, modular) but these are very good updates.
