I'm sort of new to the hobby and was looking for a place to discuss, especially regarding homebrews, lore, painting tips and everything that may help me get into the game proper! I'm not really sure how to proceed honestly, i think i'll look around the forum a bit and lurk. Dr_Ruminahui Posted June 30 Share Posted June 30 (edited) Welcome! WIP (Works in Progress) is always a good place to start, as noted by kabaakaba, or Fan Fiction if you prefer writing over painting. Otherwise, I would recommend visiting the sub-forum(s) for whatever army(ies) you are most interested in. If you like painting events, consider joining Call to Arms, which started a couple of weeks ago and goes until mid-September - its a great way to get some painting done while being inspired and encouraged by your peers. And don't worry about starting threads in the wrong place - if it is, all that will happen is a mod like me will move it to where it should go.
