A lot depends on what happens to the Outriders themselves. If they (finally) get a MPK as has been rumoured, then I can see Black Knights being an upgrade sprue for them in the same way that Deathwing Knights are an upgrade for regular Terminators. I imagine Sammael and Ezekiel will cross the Rubicon but we will have to wait and see. I have heard rumours of a Biker Captain but I wouldn't put money on other characters getting a ride. Most Characters don't have Gravis options and the trinity of Captain, Libby and Chaplain largely get Terminator variants because they always have.

 

The Vengeance and Darkshroud are oddball units. Blood Angels lost our custom Dreadnoughts last time around (although the Furioso got sort-of brought back as the Brutalis). It is possible that they simply go to Legends.

I think the Ballistus was brought back because the Brutalis was made and the Brutalis was made for the Blood Angels and Bjorn/Spacewolves to get their Dreads.  I wouldn't be surprised if they stay generic, or if there's a bespoke Furioso and/or Bjorn Kit before too soon.   The tough part is writing the fiction: 

 

"Hey Bjorn, we can help you cross the Rubicon and return you to life!"  

 

"Hey Bjorn, the surgery failed, but we were able to stabilize you in the sarcophagus of a Redemptor Chassis"

 

"Hey Bjorn, don't point that Heavy Onslaught Gatling Cannon at me, would ya?"

With multipart outriders with options coming we will get probably the same treatment we had for DW.

We will get Black Knights based on outriders with more options and we will lose RW command. As we already lost the Talonmaster.

Normal RW outriders will be stuck to the few RW parts we have in the DA upgrade set.

Sammael will get a plastic model (and let's hope Ezekiel too).

Maybe Darkshroud and LSV based on StormSpeeder. Or more probably gone totally to legends alongside the DA flyers.

LS from Armageddon will get likely a multipart kit with more weapons options bit no RW custom parts.

 

Knowing how lazy GW is nowadays this is the most likely outcome.
