I was bored and had an idea. The idea is to keep all three Terminator squads in reserve, then use the one Enhancement to throw more dudes in reserves after that. I'm kinda looking at this as an outline:

3× Terminator Libriarians, one w/ Dedicated Gunship

2× Librarians

1× Phobos Librarian w/ Orbital Uplink

Captain Artemis

3×5 Deathwatch Terminators, two w/ Cyclones one w/ Assault Cannons

×2 Fortis Killteams

×1 Spectrus Killteam

×1 Firstborn Killteam

Rhino

About 75 points left. I feel that the rerolls provided by the Orbital Assault rule enables the Librarian squads to all go for a different discipline outside Divination (AKA go for Pyromancy or Telepathy). Everyone is deployed as normal outside the Terminator squads already in reserve, and then the two Fortis Squads are given Deep Strike from that detachment rule and then thrown into reserves with Orbital Uplink.  Firstborn Kill Team is just all hammers and shields to toss at some target, and, well, yeah. Not sure how to use the last 75 points, and not sure if this idea will work. Be as constructive with your criticism as you want LOL

Can you get a character in for your DW Vets unit?

Ideally something melee since they're all THSS

My bad, I missed him from the list.

In that case, can you squeeze in a support character into one of the units?

Thought about either a Phobos Lieutenant to give the Las Talons in the Spectrus a better punch or an Ancient (yuck) with Power Weapon or a Judiciar (even though Fights First isn't that good now) and the Scout enhancment to place with Artemis' squad.

My main issue of course is the lack of unit activations because I'm going all in on Librarians (in fact, a third of the points are basically characters) and I'm relying on essentially Null Deployment + Alpha Strike. I could always use those 70 points for a Scout Squad too.

Sadly, I think a standard Lt would benefit the Killteam more than Artemis. Fallback and shoot/charge is quite good for a melee hammer unit like DW Vets.

Next, you should include Fusillade and Temporal Corridor on the two Librarian joining the Fortis. That one team with Temporal corridor will be able to uppy downy with DS all game long thanks to Orbital Assault giving Deep Strike. Then the Fusillade team can have easy access to Lethal or Sustained hits or both if you use Auto-Sense Coordination stratagem.

All in all, it looks like a fun list to play, give it a shot!

I was going to recommend a Scout Squad but DW still can't take them since the rules regarding what units DW can't take haven't been updated yet.
