The Victrix Shield cosmetic, that people have been asking for going on two years now, that's already been modeled in game, requires you to buy or gift a twitch sub for one of their preferred streamers to unlock

 

Or you can wait for about another year according to the community manager on discord to get it through accolades

Drip feeding ultramarine specific victrix guard items is very weird compared to game that´s about Ultramarines 100%

First game had blood ravens and black templars in it while 2nd only focusses on ultramarines and then selling dlc chapters as full sets in most cases.

Itseems later addon of Deathwatch champion is phobos class. So Vanguard or sniper. So maybe something akin to these two
