I hope they gave the guy a lot of creative freedom on this. I know why GW changed some things in the original Astartes, copyrighted sound effects and all that. But they also did things like add awful dubstep in a scene that initially had no music. So very curious if the tone of Astartes 2 is going to be more like the original.

Also interested to see if it maintains the same animation style as the first one (and the Chaosgate trailer since he did that as well)

 

GW animations (trailers, WH+, etc) rely too much on the blurry, dark grit filte, shaky cam for my taste. Astartes 1 was dark but you could clearly still see whats going on.
