She Held Kraken at bay so that the refugees could escape(This was at Okasis) and instead of holding the line, she lead her army through it. She fought so deep into the Tyranid force that she could'nt be saved. Her Demise was her refusing to stop fighting. Or, worded differently, Her ferociosness(SP).
