[Grand Master Ezikiel]

Test idea.

 

I changed my idea of this army. I have redesigned this post to show this.

 

Basic Info:

1) Noble, Honorable, yet base much of their teachings on stealth, and often infiltrate.

(See. But Dont be seen Doctrine Selected)

(Also they lack numbers making stealth the best option)

 

Drawbacks:

(Die Standing) In the assault against the planet killer, many of the Brazen Crusaders cruisers were lost. They now lack the ships to make drop pod assaults sensible.

 

 

 

Background Fluff: Live upon the surface of a rogue planetoid, made mobile by a huge fusion engine emplacment. No atmosphere, live in halls beneath the surface. Change position often, but sometimes not for many years. Little by the way of ships, often launch using extensive use of the thunderhawk.

 

Once an assault by chaos forces involved the ramming of a planet killer, to save the home planetoid. Many lives were lost, many brothers died fighting. and now, There is little of the Brazen Crusaders left.

 

Colours:

brass, with Red shoulders, occasional random red knee plates. Sergeant helms red?

Specialise with heavy bolters and missile launchers mainly.

 

Age: Very old chapter (3rd founding), maintains a lot of very old equipment, such as Mk III power armour .ect.

Im not quite understanding most of it could you edit and flesh it out a bit more?

1) Noble, honorable (purity above all doctrine seclected)

Not sure why Purity above All is Noble or Honourable. Purity above all fits more in with the loss of marines detailed later, as they need to save all the geneseeds

 

2) Will NEVER allow heretics to escape, Will pursue till they are all dead

(suffer not the work of heretics doctrine)

Because of this i selected Eye to Eye Disadvantage.

 

Wouldnt having bikes/speeders help with the capture/destruction of the heretics. Seems like you've selected the drawback which effects your gameplay the most

Isnt mk3 armour pre-heresey? I thought mk4/5 was brought in during the heresey? So your looking at 3rd founding for your oldest then.

The colour scheme looks very good, brass and red go well together. The sergeants helmets should be red as well as this is the standard according to the codex astartes and works well with the rest of the scheme.

hmm i think i was ill when i wrote the original post lol, but now its all sorted, i think i can make progress : :tu:

 

As for the helmets. Red would be good, as in the codex astartes, but wouldnt white also look good too?

Well, white is for veterans so maybe you should save it for them? Otherwise you'll have to think up a way to represent them as well! :tu:
