marcus
Hail brothers. I was just about to use the Space Wolf name generator to give my first wolf guard a name, when it occured to me it may be more fun if my fellow frater did it for me. So all suggestions for names are welcome, including your own B&C monikers. He's nearly complete now, the winning entry will be painted on the base and have the honour of leading a soon to be painted grey hunter pack to the table. And here he is  http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b246/brother_marcus/wolfguardbc.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/79453-name-that-wolf-guard/ Share on other sites
Brother Tularis
In my Project Space Wolves thread, JulZ offered some suggestions for names for my models, and I'd like to share some of them here. Torleif Gunnar Runar Torleif is the one that jumped out at me first - after looking at your picture, he definitely looks like a Torleif to me! T ++Edit++ PS I love that base! marcus
@Wolf Lord Duregar Consider Runar dropped from the list, thanks for the heads up after seeing that pic  I really can't name him that. @Brother Tularis I like Torleif it's a contender, btw the wolf guard is sporting that first GS beard I was talking about in your thread on the PC&A. The base is made from cut up sprue, some gravel and a piece of ruin from the Two Towers box set. Brother Tularis
You know, there was something about his beard that was just jumping out at me, screaming, "Look at me!" - you know, when someone asks if you've lost weight but you're just wearing a new sweater... The beard looks fantastic, and exactly what I'm trying to achieve. There are only a few bare heads at the moment so there'll be all manner of beards, braids, etc. You're right, get Runar out of there! If I'd known, I'd never have suggested it! Good luck with him in battle. T Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/79453-name-that-wolf-guard/#findComment-916824 Share on other sites

Uther? (Maybe not. Pretty Brittanic.) Ranulf? (Oops, he's not in termie armor!) Sven Greybeard? Skeggi?
