So if the Librarian is fighting alongside or against any Marines. They will be resurrected after the battle and replenishes the Chapter I like this but i agree that they would be hated by other marines seeing as their bretheren coming back to life and not being able to rest. Ferrata Perhaps, we should be going about this a different way. I am currently reading Black Sun, Dead Sky and instead of raising the dead. How about make this a Chapter of the disavowed? Disgraced or Forgotten Marines set out on a quest to prove themselves and they discover (or get discovered) by the Angels of Resurrection. Together, they reform into a cohesive fighting force, but still retain their colors and heraldry. The fluff would change so that after the 10 days of prayer on a foggy morning. The Librarian sees squads of Marines walking out of the fog. Several rag-tag groups of renegade marines come to the Librarian's aid and together they defeat the Tau. After the battle, they become Angels of Resurrection. Though dead to their parent Chapter, each Marine is resurrected into fighting form as an Angel. Their rebirth would give them the religious fervor to rival that of the Dark Angels. (Some Fallen might be hiding in there. :lol: ) This may alleviate the whole coming back from the dead. Ferrata Posted July 28, 2005 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Seems like a Loyal version of the Red Corsairs, which could work. But usually, Marines are either with their chapter, or traitors. Maybe have squads from other 21st founders who have banded together for protection. TT rules might be difficult for them, but it could work.
