Grand Master Braxx
That's one of the best looking death guard armies I've ever seen. Nice job dude. Love the color scheme. Chronophague
Looks like you've found your calling B) They look really nice, and I kinda see making grots has given lotsa inspiration for the nurglings. Interrogator Chaplain Espen
Hey... I have thought for a long time now to start with Deathguard, because I feel I need some new color sheems to paint. But I have my current Dark angel army to work with.... so that will come later. Anyways. I love the models, the shadings are perfect and everything Is perfect (jealous  ). I agree with the others. These plauge marines must be the best ones ever made, and the nurglings are so funny to watch. u really captured the nurgling feeling  . Keep it going^^ :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/84467-band-of-rotters-sneazy-company/page/2/#findComment-986797 Share on other sites
Squiggoth
Oi, Kronork! Sneakily infiltrating amongst the Beakies? Haven't forgotten my Deffskullz, but I'm waiting for the new Kodex: Orkz before I'll dust them off again. I now have a legal army with two Troops and an HQ, yay! The army is extremely enormous in size - around 300 points. Medusa shall tremble! :P (The three tiny dead bits of Plaguemarine are Wound Markers) http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a285/squiggothnurgle/Plaguemarines/Lieutenant007a.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a285/squiggothnurgle/Plaguemarines/Lieutenant007b.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a285/squiggothnurgle/Plaguemarines/Woundmarkers002.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a285/squiggothnurgle/Plaguemarines/WholeArmySoFar001a.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/84467-band-of-rotters-sneazy-company/page/2/#findComment-994993 Share on other sites

JaM_TW
 Wow... Like some others here, I too feel the need to start up another army (a Nurgle one this time), because these are absolutely brilliant. I like the Nurgling/gobbo feeling you put on those little buggers :D . Keep it up sir !! Squiggoth
Erm .... for the past 9 or so months I've been working on my WHFantasy Nurgle army, but a few weeks ago I picked up the Plaguemarines again ..... half a model finished so far. This is the (WIP) Aspiring Champ of my second Marine squad. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a285/squiggothnurgle/Plaguemarines/PlagueMarineAspChamp002d3.jpg I've also been working on a Great Unclean One .... trying to come up with a good way to sculpt antlers. This one will be for Fantasy Battle, but there's another one on my desk as well .... on a 60mm round base. ;) http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a285/squ...nurgle/Daemons/ Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/84467-band-of-rotters-sneazy-company/page/2/#findComment-1164987 Share on other sites
angel robertson
dunno how i missed this thread first time round but those are awsome! Great inspiration as i start my nurgle! HOw did you paint your dark green? varthrok_revived
He he, love the nurglings. And the marines too. Excellent army you got there, can't wait for the whole thing to be done. Perhaps making the great unclean one so that it can be put on either round or square base? money saver mainly. Squiggoth
Cheers lads! HOw did you paint your dark green? Erm ... which one? The drum barrel on the Nurgling base is (IIRC) Dark Angels Green with drybrushes of Goblin Green and Graveyard Earth, and the Nurglings' green (and the strappings on the Manreaper) is Catachan Green highlighted to Camo Green with some icky washes in between ... I've got their exact painting formula noted down somewhere because I know I'l forget stuff like this. Perhaps making the great unclean one so that it can be put on either round or square base? money saver mainly. No worries. I got this one together with a herd of ancient Plaguebearers, Plaguemarines and Nurglings for a fiver on eBay, and the other one cost me three euro's in some tiny model railway store in the middle of nowhere. :D This one missed a hand though, so the 40K version has kindly donated his left hand and will be given some scratch-built bionic replacement as soon as I get inspiration for that kind of thing .... Orky bioniks are much more easy to design. Deathwing70
normally I hate death guard, but these are just so awesome  Have to agree those nurglings... I believe someone else on this board was looking for humour in the warhammer world... Well those nurglings put a smile on my face :) I could imagine them running around like tiny grots, wearing oversized helmets etc. Very nice :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/84467-band-of-rotters-sneazy-company/page/2/#findComment-1169800 Share on other sites
