So how do we integate it?

 

This is the same issue as playing "surprises" in 40k. You can see the whole battle.

 

Or playing a Space Hulk game (you know stealers are comming and there can be at most X).

 

So perhaps one of the biggest questions of this is:

How do we present good ideas in the framework of 40k?

 

And thus, how can we explain variations, or are things like the BA, SW Fluffed into a corner by GW?
