Bit help needed

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am looking for some components to make my ownish kinda IW siege dread.

A few years back i seen these pics, but aint too sure of what is used to make these things.

I dont recognise any of these components so i dont think that they are from the 40k range.

I see that they have used a standard dread arm but what is used within the red circle??

I have seen this dread head and loved it from the moment i seen it, It's just a bit hard to see what they have used for it. It looks like the standard CSM helmet upside down or atleast the horns from it.

I just wonder where they got the helmet with the ridges from?

The mouth almost looks like the FW IW eblem

Does anyone have any ideas what these components are?

Thanks in advance for any replies :)

Okay I dont know where the Dread hammer came from, but it looks like the legg of a warmachine mini, or something similar(i could be totaly wrong though).

Now the Dread head I cant tell you most, Basic head part is from the chaos defiler( No I am wrong and Chrono is right, it is from the Old Eperator Titan), the two long hanging down spikes are off the helmet of a chaos asping champ from any basic chaos marine boxset. I cant see the forhead/nose spike well enough to recognize its origin, but I bet its just from another plastic chaos marine.

that hammer is made from an old plastic imperator titan hip joint, originally showcased in a conversion back in one of the old Citadel Journal's (had a dead eldar on the top of its trophy rack i do recall, plus the front was made out of abaddon's body.

so look for plastic titan hipjoints - failing that sentinel ones might work the best
