Wow, lots of fantastic Dreadnoughts in this thread! Thanks for sharing everyone! :D

Here's my own small contribution. My World Eaters Dreadnoughts:

http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2012/8/24/405071-Chaos,%20Chaos%20Space%20Marines,%20Dreadnought,%20Khorne,%20Khoron,%20Marax,%20Warhammer%2040,000.JPG

Khoron the Undying on the left and Marax the Fallen on the right. Khoron was converted from a plastic Venerable Dreadnought, while Marax was originally a Furioso.

I built Khoron for maximum flexibility, using most of the weapon options from the Ven Dread kit and adding some of my own:

From left to right: Plasma cannon, twin-linked Las, Dreadnought CCW, Reaper Autocannon and Heavy Bolter.

Of course, most of the weapons can be used on both Dreads:

Oh, and I even built a custom objective marker to complement Marax:

Thanks for looking! :D

Good stuff!

That's a nice take on a twin-linked lascannon and missile launcher, and I particularly like right-hand one's exposed face.

Hey thanks mate! I did those about 8 years ago now - my first real conversion attempts. I'm glad you spotted the t/l lascannon, so many people told me "you know they can't have two lascannons, right?!"

They were in the WD over here so I got to see a few variations on that as people made their own, which was cool.

Thanks again!

I wanted to do a couple of things with him. First off, I wanted to impart to him a sense of age, of having experienced a long career. I ended up manifesting this as a display of the many crusades he has taken part in. Secondly, since I was making my own base, I wanted him to look heavy. So while the air dried clay was...well, air drying, I pushed his foot into the clay and then added some cracks to it. I'm not sure that comes off in the pics because they aren't the best, but I did give it a solid Templar attempt.
